If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you. Either party shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 7 days from the date we accept your order. In the event of termination you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you and we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us, provided the goods are in a resaleable condition. Please Note: All goods sold as 'universal' items are strictly non-refundable due to non-fitment on a particular vehicle. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods return because you dont like or want will be charge 20% handling to cover costs of sending goods out. Unwanted goods with the exception of 'universal' items may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt if they are in an unused, and re-saleable condition, your credit card will then be refunded minus 20%. The cost of returning the goods to us shall be met by the customer. Damaged or incorrect goods will only be investigated if Waxacar is informed within 10 days of receipt. The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
