We accept Visa Mastercard Switch Amex Solo and Delta. We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete. It is our policy to report all instances of Credit Card Fraud. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
17.5% VAT is INCLUDED in all prices
Orders are sent POST FREE. In special circumstances where extra carrier charges apply, you will be notified in advance. Orders to mainland Europe add 15%. Rest of world 20%.
Upon placing an order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to customer order information will be made at the discretion of Waxacar.
All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded the full amount. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
After we have received your order we will send you an email confirming your order and providing your with details of expected delivery time and an order number. If you don't receive your order confirmation with 24 hours then contact us: enquiries@waxacar.co.uk
We aim to deliver goods within 5 days of order but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.
Either party shall have the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty within 7 days from the date we accept your order. In the event of termination you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you and we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us, provided the goods are in a resaleable condition.
Please Note: All goods sold as 'universal' items are strictly non-refundable due to non-fitment on a particular vehicle. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted goods with the exception of 'universal' items may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt if they are in an unused, and re-saleable condition, your credit card will then be refunded. The cost of returning the goods to us shall be met by the customer. Damaged or incorrect goods will only be investigated if Waxacar is informed within 10 days of receipt.
The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint contact us at info@waxacar.co.uk.
None of your details, which we take for order processing, are passed on to any third party and the personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
